This document contains the terms and conditions of sale to which compliance is required when using the online store “ECOALGA”. The terms and conditions indicated below will apply to your use of ECOALGA and to all purchases made through the ECOALGA online store.

These Conditions will govern the contractual relationship between you and ECOALGA S.L. a company with registered office at Calle Calpe nº 2, Huelva, Spain, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Huelva, Volume 1066, page 49, Sheet H-22620 and CIF: B-21560545 (hereinafter called “ECOALGA”).

All queries, complaints or correspondence regarding these Conditions or the ECOALGA online store should be directed to the contact details indicated on our “Contact us” page.

 PURCHASE OF ECOALGA PRODUCTS

Criteria for placing orders:
You can only buy products:

  • That they are available for sale and whose details appear in the ECOALGA online store
  • with delivery in Spain;
  • intended for personal use, either your own or that of the recipients for whom you purchase the products. ECOALGA reserves the right to reject any order at its sole option (for example, when it considers that the order in question is intended to be subsequently sold by means other than the distribution channels authorized by ECOALGA).

The details of the products available for purchase (including their corresponding price) are specified in the ECOALGA online store. ECOALGA will take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices of the products that appear in the ECOALGA online store are correct. Although we will do our best to keep the store as up-to-date as possible, the information specified at any given time may not always reflect the exact situation when you place an order.

PRODUCT PURCHASE GUIDE:

  • Once you have selected the products you want to purchase, those products will be included in the shopping cart.
  • At the end of the verification process, you will click on the “order summary” button to access the order summary page where you can identify and correct possible information errors.
  • At the bottom of the order summary page, you will need to click the “order submit” button in order for us to receive a binding order.
  • Once you have clicked on the “order delivery” button, we will obtain an authorization from the marketing company of your credit or debit card for the amount indicated on the order summary page. At this point in the process, we will not withdraw funds from your card, although the available balance on your card will be reduced with authorization. This process is the normal procedure that banks follow. If your credit card is not authorized, the order will not be processed.
  • ECOALGA will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your product order, which does not constitute automatic acceptance by us of your order.
  • ECOALGA will send you a second e-mail accepting your product order and confirming that the products you have requested will be sent to you (“Shipping Confirmation”).
  • You and ECOALGA will have signed a contract of sale of the products requested by you once we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation e-mail and in any case, however, when you receive the aforementioned products.
  • The sale contract may be concluded in Spanish.
  • The text of the sales contract will be included in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail and will be stored by ECOALGA, although it will not be accessible to the Client after the conclusion of the contract.

ECOALGA may reject, at its sole choice, the processing of the order, or not be able to proceed with said processing, in the following cases, without limitation:

  • When the requested product is not available;
  • When the marketing entity of your credit or debit card does not authorize the payment of the purchase price;
  • When it does not meet the criteria for placing orders specified at the beginning of this section.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The delivery conditions are those established in this document.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  • Bank card (credit or debit card):
  • The payment by bank card is totally safe, we have the best guarantees of security, confidentiality and integrity in card payment, which is done through “La Caixa” entity that has the SSL security protocol (Secure Sockets Layer ), which guarantees that the data cannot be intercepted by third parties at any time, likewise ECOALGA does not display, retain or archive such information. Therefore, confidentiality is assured in all communications established during the transaction.

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

  • Bank transfer to the account number: when you select to pay by bank transfer, we will send to your email the account number of “La Caixa” in which you must make the deposit for the total amount of your order, entering the order number as a reference so we can identify it. To verify that the transfer has been made correctly and to speed up the procedures, we advise you to send us the receipt of your transfer to info@lahuertamarina.com

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

The user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it (according to article 71 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws)
The conditions for the return and cancellation of the order that are indicated below will be applied without prejudice to the rights that legally assist you.

Cancellation of the order

In accordance with the Retail Trade Management Law as well as with what is regulated by community regulations (Directive 97/7 / EC), you can change your mind and cancel the order.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will refund your full amount.

If it has already been sent, you must return your order. In this case, once the merchandise is received in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we will refund the corresponding amount with the same payment method used when ordering.

However, keep in mind that the transport costs of the return will be borne by you.

Damaged or defective products and incorrect deliveries

When you receive your order, you must immediately inspect it to verify that the order is correct, always before opening and consuming the products. If you have received an incorrect order, or the products are damaged or defective, we will try to solve this problem as soon as possible with you.

To receive a refund or replacement of products, you must return the order or product in the same conditions in which you received it, and within 14 days of receipt. The money will be refunded in the same payment method used when ordering. The estimated refund time is 14 days.

What to do to return a product

Contact us quickly and safely, by phone call or via e-mail, providing your order number, the product to be returned and the reason for this return. We will confirm the address to which you will have to send the item in question. Please pack the item securely and include your order number, name and full address inside the package. Also includes the receipt or proof of delivery when you return the product to us.

Any product sent back is the responsibility of the user until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you return the product using a secure shipping method.

Our return policy applies to orders placed directly through www.lahuertamarina.com.

We will only refund the shipping costs of those returns for erroneous orders, as well as products that are damaged or defective.

SEND CONDITIONS

All prices of products in the store show the price with VAT. For greater transparency, the transport price is added at the end of the order, depending on the weight and destination.

Shipments are made with the MRW company. Delivery times vary depending on the destination area

The cost of transportation depends on the total weight of the order and the destination.
